OPEN LETTER

Brief introduction, We are pleased to take this opportunity to formally introduce our Non-Profit Charity Organization, EKENS FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL (EFI) CANADA, A Think Tank Civil and Political Rights Movement, specialized on Helping the Rejected Refugees and Asylum Seekers including those in detention Globally

Ekens Foundation International known as Ekens Foundation was established after many comprehensive types of researches on human rights abuses against the rejected refugees and asylum seekers by the respective authorities in violation to the 1951 Geneva Convention on refugees procedural processes and the applicable protocols of the International Norms

Our goal is to assure the basic human rights in support of real-time humanitarian responses to venerable refugees and asylum seekers

We engage in advocate of human rights and lobbying for refugees and immigration reforms based on 12 years first hands experiences from the (CBSA) on Travesty of Justice, Systematic Oppression, Reprisal Action because of filling a complaint to United Nation Human Rights Committee Under the Optional Protocols on Civil and Political

WE APPEAL TO THE PRIME MINISTER THE FOLLOWING:

(1) To intervene on the United Nation Human Rights Committee (UNHRC) Communication under the Optional Protocols on Civil and Political Rights with the Reference: G/SO 215/51 CAN (214) CE/GT/ys 2653/2015 including the Rule 92 of the Committees Procedure.

(2) To intervene on the United Nations Human Rights Committee (UNHRC) issued a landmark decision condemning Canada for denying access to essential health care on the basis of immigration status based on the case of Nell Toussaint. In light of this UN decision, over 1500 individuals and 80 organizations have signed onto an open letter addressed to the federal government, leading to widespread media coverage that brought today’s rally

(3) We request to the prime minister to establish an independent organization called Canadian Immigration Ombudsman and to mandate the organization to take charge of the oversights and investigation of complaints made against immigration officers and the CBSA including all the backlog immigration applications and to make recommendations on last resort cases on the refugees and immigration circles before any deportation


(4) To urge the CBSA Integrity department to stop collaborating with refugees persecutory state, that is the countries of origins of refugees claimants because they are the same indictable agents of persecution and the aggressors responsible for the refugees plights
