OUR ADJUSTMENT ON COVID -19 CORONA VIRUS

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, Ekens Foundation International strive to ensure the health and safety of our team including all refugees and asylum seekers both in Canada and globally, our global teams including all Ekens Foundation volunteers would be working with other global communities in accordance with the World Health Organization measures


Currently, we remain in operation. as We are here for you, whether your in detention or under deportation or at the Canada Boarder Service Agency the (CBSA) or at the immigration custody, we are here to answer any questions concerning your need


While we closely monitoring this rapidly in evolving situation, we would adjust to any practices as needed in order to protect the health and safety of everyone including refugees,
We have taken the following measures


We have trained and instructed all Ekens Foundation International volunteers globally on safe hygiene and social distancing procedures.
We have Improved cleaning and disinfection protocols and have advised everyone returning from abroad to remain isolated at home for the required period.
