La Press Conspiracy deformity and Slanderous Journalism

The deployment of a lack of unprofessional investigative jurnalism by Louis-Samuel Perron and Vincent Larouche. The La Press Inc. Conspirators.

Canadian politics and lack of adequate investigative jurnalism on recycling immigration policies and conspiracy toward immigrants.

The cheap La Press reporters and their agent of Canada Border service agency on anti-immigrants, who is running around for cheap political favour across Canada, engaging in deformity, slander, malice, unprofessional journalism, and exploiting individuals images serving colonist on non-newsworthy.

Mr. Ekens Azubuike stated this in Montreal, during an interview with some news agencies on December 5, 2024, regarding to his application for leave to appeal a decision of the Supreme Court of Quebec rendered by the honorable justice James L. Brumpton (J.S.C.) on 29 May 2024, Appeal which was granted by the Quebec Court of Appeal under the following three-judges panel. The honorable Francois Doyon, J.A. Honorable Suzanne Gagne, J.A. Honorable Frédéric Bachand, J.A.

The said leave to appeal was granted on November 15, 2024, mainly on the ground of serious errors and question of fact and law, the lack of inherent jurisdiction of the Question court, lack of neutrality, and bias of the first instance court, which was presided over by Justice James L. Brampton (J.S.C.) of the Quebec Superior Court.

These folks, Louis Samuel Perron and Vincent Larouche, whom were purposely employed by La Press to engage in what is called yellow journalism for the purpose of increasing sales by reporting mischief information and the damaging reputation of individuals instead of engaging in proper investigative journalism.

He stated that the La Press in Canada is known for being an unserious news agency, reporting unimportant issues and the shallowly inaccurate and unfair publications that endanger individual’s rights, with misinformed articles based on hypotheses with no probable cause, only for the purpose of increasing sales.

Mr. Ekens Azubuike disclosed that. Regardless, La Press does not engage in independent journalism; rather, it is an organization that is being influenced by local radical conservative colonist politicians to attack opponents on the catastrophic consequences of irresponsible journalism.

He said, I would like to refer you to the similar cases on the decision of appeal from the Quebec Superior Court on David J. 2022 QCCS 881, 2022 AZ-51837472, J.Q., #1780 QL 2022 CarswellQue 4621 WL dismissing a motion by La Press Inc. to lift orders prohibiting broadcasting and transmission in relation to Voir. You will also recall that sometimes in 2021, I sued La Press Canada Inc. for $1.5 million for information slander in malice, following their publication against me in the false allegation case pursued by the Canada Border Service Agency, on which they coluded with Copart Caanada Inc., the car insurance entity that engages in massive international insurance fraud.

You may recall that this case was dismissed by the Quebec court due to a delay in filing the hearing date. It is important to know that this case was not dismissed on merit but based on procedural error or delay.

In addition, Mr. Ekens Azubuike disclosed that the organization La Press Inc. is a racist organization that is focused on damaging the image of the Black communities in serving their colonists towards their hate on  immigrants without them considering the effects of their act of diformation with their network.

He added that this proclaimed unworthy news agency known as La Press Inc. went as far as editing my photo with Photoshop, and this demonstrated how far they can go in damaging individuals images. They do not respect the fact that journalists shall have due regard to the dignity, privacy, and integrity of all individuals. creating conflicts of interest and perceived, and compromising the integrity of journalism by damaging the reputation of individuals.
